Elisa is a force of nature, the nature that understands the interconnectedness of all things which is one of the things that sometimes gets lost in the creative direction process. She has the ability to undertake almost any role in a project and bring herself to it with focus and fervor. It takes deep kindheartedness to be able to find love anywhere in the journey of creativity. She will help you trust the process.

My show would not be existing in the universe if it was not for Elisa. She brought my rough ideas of concept and characters to a solid script and then in my body for it’s premiere! Our sessions were both abstract (through movement workshops and feelings) to technical (costuming and blocking). As the show is about me addiction to social media, she also held space for me to heal and grow through the work.

Elisa has also assisted me in multiple buildings sets for my open mic Speakeasily NYC. The woman can magic with hardly any materials and knows how to drape a fabric! No matter the project, she is truly a queen of all trades.

My twin sis Elisa has been my Sacred Styliste for many years, initially during my ovarian cancer journey, when I was shifting from all-black baggy mens’ clothing (i.e. hiding), into a new paradigm of full-spectrum color and body-positive clothes that outwardly expressed my inner empowerment and self-love embrace. Her intuitive and creative guidance has given me a stronger sense of self where I can approach and curate my style in ways that honor my non-shopper essence with finding items that will remain in my closet and that can be combined and remix-and-matched for all sorts of occasions.

Her keen eye and gifted styling have helped me to be even more “ME”! From day-to-day to evening to event and red carpets, Elisa has made me Shine, outside and in!

As an actor, part of my prep process is to find the right piece(s) that help embody the role and where I feel I can drop into that pocket. When I reach out to Elisa for guidance and send her the character description, she can boil down the essence and either suggest pieces from my existing wardrobe (which she has helped me build), or shop with me in person or even virtually walking with me on video chat thru a store and pulling things together live.
